I am from Europe and adopted this cute dog in India. To take my pet with me I can 1000% recommend Petfly and only Petfly. Also as a veterinary. I choose them not only for their great pricing but they are the most sweet, loving, professional, honest, top service and people I’ve met in any Indian company. No question is to much, they guide you step by step so it isn’t overwhelming like I would have experienced with other companies, they take their time. Everything within the law and regulations and again, well guided and informed. They all do their job out of biggest love for animals and people. They truly touched my heart and I thank them.

We adopted an Indie dog from Himalayan Tails in Uttarakhand and moved her to Belgium. We used Petfly’s services to help with the documentation and everything else needed to bring Minchy to us. Nandal Ji and his team were excellent. I cannot praise him enough for guiding us throughout the process and being there for even the smallest query we had. Since we were not in India, Nandal Ji handled the entire process himself and I only had to travel with our baby to bring her here.
We didn’t have to stress about a single thing and everything was taken care of for us. The team at the airport was exceptional as well. Everything was handled seamlessly by them.
Amazing service from Petfly! If you want to relocate your dog overseas, we highly recommend their services.

They were fantastic! We tried to not use a petshipper because it was so expensive in the US. I was flying solo with our dog from San Francisco to Kolkata on Lufthansa, and it was fine up until we got to New Delhi. It was our mistake because my husband wanted me to take the train so that our boy wouldn't have to get on another flight. However, the train was at least 17 hours long! Last minute change of plans caused the hiccup with getting approval through Air India. My husband hired PetFly due to recommendations by his colleagues. I thought it was an unnecessary cost, but I learned quickly that it was money well spent. We arrived in the middle of the night to New Delhi and Petfly came prepared. They had all the paperwork and coordinated everything. Air India made it more difficult by waiting until the last hour before the flight to allow our boy on the flight. Processing the paperwork, paying for the checked bag fees, and getting the crate screened took half an hour. With half an hour before the flight time, I still had to go through security! I wouldn't have made it on my flight if Petfly didn't insist on someone escorting me through security and walking me to my gate. Navigating the airport with 2 check bags, a carry-on, a backpack, and a large crate would have been too much for me. Between my husband's colleagues who came to assist and Petfly, the last leg of the trip wasn't as stressful. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you for making it as pleasant as possible given the circumstances.

They handled all the logistics, paperwork, and ensured Amber's comfort and safety at every step. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality made a potentially stressful experience smooth and stress-free. Amber arrived safe and sound, and I am truly grateful for PetFly’s expertise and dedication. Had a fantastic experience with petfly relocating my 4 year maltese from US to India. The communication was crisp and prompt, and the petfly team was very knowledgable about everything we need to do and be careful about.
During the process I had to also change all the process to be done through my wife’s name instead of mine due to an emergency. I had expected I would have to pay for the whole process again but they did not overcharge me and handled all the changes like a pro! They showed a lot more professionalism and empathy than I would have expected on my own, and thats why they have a glowing recommendation from me to anyone trying to relocate their pet.
